Tooth-Colored Fillings
Minor dental damage is generally best repaired with a filling. Metal amalgam used to be the preferred material for such restorations due to its durability. Today, we can use composite resin instead, which blends in with the tooth much better yet can still stand up to the wear and tear that your teeth are put through every day. Tooth-colored fillings are also a more conservative solution since we don’t need to alter the dental structure in order to place them.
